Turkey Meatball Recipe

"These meatballs have ruined all other meatballs." - Aimee

Gramps's Turkey Meatballs:

Thinly slice a baguette or rolls (can be various types of bread). Next, slice the other way so you have small pieces.

Cut up a medium/large onion — tiny pieces. If the pieces are big, they could break apart the meatball. And these meatballs are unreal, so don't break them. That's not nice.

Saute onions with vegetable oil. Add pepper (liberally, in the apolitical sense) and a little salt.

Put the bread in a bowl and sprinkle with cheese (grated Romano) and a little salt and pepper.

Listen to Gramps talk about his latest golf technique. Maintain facial interest.

Add the ground turkey to this.

Add more cheese.

Then add onions in the bowl. More cheese. Gramps likes cheese. Add 1 egg (too many eggs makes it mushy).

Mix.

Fry the meatballs.

Eat & enjoy the best meatballs around!

Ingredients ~
Baguette or rolls
1 onion
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Romano cheese (grated)
Ground turkey (about 1 pound)
1 egg
1 cute helper with glasses
